If you’re unhappy with your order, you can return it to us – providing items are unopened and suitable for resale.
To receive a full refund, returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase. Once it’s over 15 days, all returns will receive a handling fee of 30% of the original charge, and can only be returned when we are able to process an immediate sale.
There are certain return restrictions to be aware of, these are as follows:
- Food and beverages are non-returnable
- Diaries and planners need to be returned by 10th December of the year before the diary is valid for – for example, if you have a diary for 2020, you’ll need to return it by 10th December 2019
- Computer consumables, machinery and hardware need to be unused and unopened with the outside seal still intact
What if products are returned faulty?
If products are returned faulty, it will only be granted a credit note if the manufacturer accepts that the product has not been misused, overloaded, incorrectly installed or incorrectly stored. Additionally, customers will need to complete a faulty product evaluation form.
With direct deliveries to other sites (pick and wrap), all unwanted returns have a minimum return value of £25 (postal returns by agreement). In the case of direct deliveries, faulty/damaged products returned incur a £5 charge per item.
